Privacy Policy
Effective date: 30 October 2026
This policy explains how Dynamic Vision Global handles personal data when you visit our website, contact us or submit a business enquiry. It applies to www.dynamicvisionglobal.com.
1. Who we are
Dynamic Vision Global is the name under which this website presents international trade and business advisory activities. The person responsible for deciding how and why personal data submitted through this website is processed (the data controller) is Andreas Argyropoulos, based in Patras, Greece, operating this website under the name Dynamic Vision Global. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected] or call +30 697 174 5848.
2. What information we process
- Business enquiry details: name, company, business email, selected area of interest and message.
- Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Limited technical and site-usage information used to operate, secure and measure the website. The form may pass campaign-source identifiers (such as UTM source, medium and campaign) when explicitly present in the URL.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry information to respond to business requests, assess potential commercial relationships, communicate about proposed transactions and maintain records of relevant correspondence. Our applicable legal bases are steps requested before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests in handling appropriate business enquiries and protecting our systems (Article 6(1)(f)), as relevant to the request. We do not use submitted enquiry information for unrelated marketing without an applicable lawful basis.
4. Service providers and international transfers
Business Inquiry submissions are processed by Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative (India), on our behalf and forwarded to our Zoho Mail inbox. Its processing terms are set out in its Data Processing Agreement (DPA), incorporated into the Web3Forms terms of service. According to its published documentation, Web3Forms uses hosting and delivery providers including AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner, and anti-spam services including CleanTalk and Akismet. Relevant technical information, including IP addresses and email addresses, may be processed by those services to detect abuse.
Zoho Mail provides our email service. Cloudflare provides website hosting, DNS and security services and, where enabled, cookieless website analytics. Some site images are requested from Unsplash infrastructure, and your browser may transmit connection information to that service. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy terms apply when you choose to contact us through it.
Some of these providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Web3Forms states that its DPA incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers. You can contact us at [email protected] to request further information about available safeguards.
5. Data retention
We aim to review and delete unsuccessful or inactive business enquiries within 24 months of the last substantive communication, unless there is a legitimate business, contractual or legal reason to retain them for longer. Our providers may have their own retention periods: Web3Forms states that submission records can remain for up to three years unless deleted sooner. You may request deletion by contacting us.
6. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies through this website. If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregated website usage. Essential technical processing may be needed for secure delivery of the site. We will update this policy if additional tools involving non-essential cookies or tracking are introduced.
7. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable GDPR conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request.
8. Security and third-party websites
We use HTTPS and appropriate administrative controls for information transmitted to us. No internet transmission or system is guaranteed to be completely secure. External links and services maintain their own privacy practices.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this notice as our services, suppliers and legal requirements change. The effective date above indicates the published version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
Business enquiries: Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data, payment card details or confidential trade information through the public form. For sensitive matters, request a secure channel first.
